Change in Lagna due to Parivartana

Dear Guruji,

 

Is the parivartana restricted to the house

only and not to the grahas?.I think the graha which is in parivartana

also act differently due its exchange(parivartana) results.For

example

if lagna and second lord has parivartana then the planet which is in

lagna behave as it is in 2nd house and the planet which is in 2nd

house behave as it is in 1st house.Is it correct?
