My lagna is Taurus and Saturn is in Capricorn. Sanjayji once mentioned that 9th house saturn gives fortunes in a foreign land. But I want to know how Sa effects, being a malefic, the sense of Dharma of the native. Will it deplete the energy of the 9th house and the person is not very dharmic? Please clarify.
