Guest guest Posted October 5, 2009 Report Share Posted October 5, 2009 Om Pranaam Gurudev Sanjay Ji Am facing a tough time, post CBI investigations initiated around November 2002, Till date final outcome is not nearby. I was in Government service. Although CBI has cleared me after investigation of case informing CBI court that no evidence could be find suggesting my involvement , but negligence could be there for which DOT was advised to conduct departmental Inquiry. On Oct 2005 I was provisionally retired without giving any post retirement benefits .All claims are unattended to the extent I do not get even medical assistance. From CAT I win the case and DOT was directed to revoke as grounds for suspension itself were nonexistent but Department took pretext Of advice of CBI And assumed date of suspension as continuation of action .Now Departmental inquiry stands also completed to the extent Inquiry report is submitted but Nothing is heard . As a procedure I may be supplied IQ report along my Representation if I choose to submit ,it may go to Central vigilance commission for examination w.r. decision arrived . Case in high court is also getting unattended .My side is representated By senior advocate Shashindan. Lastly I am aware Of Krishna Chaturdasi Dosha Brahmin shapa and Trikhal dosha in my family and many possible remedies I have done already. I have only one question.
