Pranaam Gurudev Sanjay Ji

Am facing a tough time selling off property belonging to my mother. The prospective customer is applying for a bank loan where am supposed to register an agreement and hand it over to the bank to facilitate a bank loan? As we know once an agreement is registered it cannot be dissolved or revoked unless one fights through a court of law and I feel that for some reason, the bank, the customer and the entire deal seems to be of dubious nature and I may face severe hardships and a court battle to save the property. I have spent slepless nights over the matter. BTW the customer happens to be the oNLY person giving me a higher price for the property.

Gurudev am attaching chart of self, because birth details of my mother are incomplete. Be my guiding light and guide me whether I should go ahead with the deal or should I just cancell it and walk away?

Dear Virendra

Before we enter into the analysis of your chart for the problem,

prima facie the charts for your mother are both wrongly cast and this could

have happened due to an inaccurate pañcÄñga or birth time record. Based on

your janma rÄÅ›i (Moon sign) Pisces and other planetary positions, it

is evident that your Mother should have been born in either Pisces or Taurus

Lagna and definitely not Aries Lagna as is given by both the charts.

In your chart, the lord of the fourth house (property) Jupiter

and the sixth house (disputes) RÄhu are conjoined in the second house

(bank, wealth) with eighth lord (loans, inheritance) Mars which is also the

lord of third house showing challenges that you have to face. Normally if the

fourth lord has any association with the sixth house, danger of disputes due to

property matters are to be expected. If RÄhu is associated with the fourth

house or lord, then the native maybe cheated in property matters. All these

apply to your chart. In addition, the lord of the eighth house confirms that

this property is also linked to an inheritance like maternal or paternal

wealth. The sale arrangement is being done through a bank (second house) by way

of a loan (Mars, 8th lord) and an escrow agreement (Mars, 3rd

lord).

 

This whole thing has become a curse combination in your chart

which is about to get invoked as transit Jupiter and RÄhu are together in

Capricorn aspecting Leo by rÄÅ›i dṛṣṭi which is your

sukha-pada rÄÅ›i (A4).

Further, you are under Venus daÅ›Ä RÄhu

antardaÅ›Ä confirming your worst fears that this is a very big

mistake. Venus is in Capricorn (about 2 degrees) and transit RÄhu is

almost there. In fact the date of signing of the agreement could be when

transit RÄhu is exactly over your natal Venus thereby triggering

Thanks to generous help and advice we discovered that the person approaching us for purchase of property was a cheat and a pauper. Timely intervention has saved a disaster in the making.
