Guest guest Posted September 21, 2000 Report Share Posted September 21, 2000 Jaya Jaja Jagannath Namasthe Solai and Hanna, Ketu in 12th indicate Moksha to the native (1st house-lagna), while Rahu in 2nd could give material life and, there is obstruction for 12th house matters by rahu occupying in 2nd (by argala), or aspect 2nd (ie 12th as retrograted). Almost all our disres are for good material life, but not for Moksha. Moksha is hard to reach and material things are very close. Rahu is a enemy of Dharma (Sun- because, Sun and Moon made him loose the bottam part of the body by inform Vishnu about them) and the material life is full of ignorance by having lot of power to obstruct Moksha. That is why Ketu does not have any power to influence any other houses and Rahu granted so many aspects. just a thought. Hare Krshna, Karu Namaste Hanna, I don't think, Gurudeva mentioned that 12th house aspect of Rahu is because of its Retrograde nature. What he meant is Rahu is a planet full of desire and by its 12th aspect it stops us getting moksha. That is all. What he mentioned about retrograde is for the counting purpose, please, don't confuse with that. I didn't want to answer, but, your question will mislead others who happen to see the archives that Gurudeva has mentioned Rahu's 12th house aspect is due to Retrograde.
