Guest guest
Dear Hari, You are correct, but I had the idea that they are 8 in number and not 7. Please do let me know your views. Guest guest
|om| Dear Souvik, I dont know if this helps you but a cursory look at the Devi Khadgamaala stotra gives the names of the Astamatrikas. Freedom, Namah Shivaaya. Do you think that the saptamatrikas/astamatrikas are linked to creation and therefore to the 7/8 charakaraka scheme? regards Hari On 2/16/06, Souvik Dutta <explore_vulcan wrote: Dear members,Could anyone help me understand if Asta Bhairavas are connected to Asta Matrikas and if so how?
