You are correct. I just confused myself with the lord of year or varsheswara

with the progressed Asdt. or the muntha. Thanks for correcting me.

I think he progresses muntha always from lagna.

 

He uses pancha vargeeya bala in deciding the lord of the year. I

think you are getting confused with that.
