Dear Members,

Here's my attempt on Q2 and Q3 of the " Vipareeta RajaYoga Tutorial " .

Q2: What is PravRajya Yoga? Do Illustrate.

Ans:

Pravrajya Yoga is a combination for RENUNCIATION -- meaning Loss of:

1. Desire.

2. Attachment to Worldly Pleasures.

The presence of Pravrajya Yoga can lead one towards Spiritualism.

Often people with such combination tend to be happy with what they

without demanding/craving for more. So depending on the STRENGTH of

Pravrajya Yoga the manifestations may differ.

Renunciation can occur due to variety of reasons like -- Spousal

Death, Death of Near Ones, Dis-Illusionment with world etc. The

combination will then have connection to these CAUSES. For Example :

If it happens due to Spousal Death -- then UL will be connected.

Here is a list of combinations for PRAVRAJYA Yoga.

1. Two primary planets of PASSION -- Venus & Mars should be exalted

in Rasi and Debilitated in Navamsa.

2. If the 2H from UL has malefic conjunction/aspect Pravrajya Yoga

/loss of Spouse results.

3. 4 or more Planets together in a kendra.

4. Mausula Yoga : Lord of 12H of renunciation, seclusion and

ashramas, occupies the 1H and 12H is aspected by benefic.

5. Shrikantha Yoga : Lord of Lagna, Sun and Moon occupy a Kendra,

Kona in exaltation, own or Friendly Rashis.

6. Moon occupying the Rasi of Mars and aspected by Sat in Navamsa.
