Guest guest
|| Hare Rama Krishna || Dear Srimati Nalini-ji, namaskar. I have brief comments below regarding your questions: 1. In your chart, Ve conjoins Ma in the 8th house and is aspected by AK Ra by 5th aspect. This shows a curse due to a female/spouse (Ve) from previous birth due to causing her shock (Ra) and inflicting anger/injury (Ma). Because AK is involved and Ve is placed in the 8th house, the curse will fructify in some form of personal suffering. In D-40 chart (Maternal Lineage) the curse again shows up with Ve under aspect of Ra and Ma. This confirms that this is a curse coming from maternal lineage. Gurujana's will kindly correct my interpretation. You may also benefit in reading an article by Sanjay-ji in the Files section of this group about Curses. 2. Trials and tribulations are shown by three malefics in kendras (constituting Sarpa yoga). The yoga is broken due to presence of benefics Ju and Mo. Large number of Ashtakavarga bindus in the 6th, 8th and 12-th houses ( in comparison to 9th, 10th and 11th houses) indicated obstacles and fluctuation in fortune in life. Because you are beyond 45 years of age, the stresses in life will start to ease up from now on. Lagnesha Budha is in debility in close affliction from Ketu. But Budha gets neechabhanga from Ju who is Ishtadevata-karaka, hence worship of Ishtadevata will definitely be good. Ra being Atmakaraka gives a high degree of spiritual conciousness and being in the 9th house in Navamsa can show learning of jyotisha but only from a guru. Hence for jyotisha learning you should visit a guru. Ju in Navamsa lagna with Ve also indicated latent ability in learning of veda and vedanga (jyotisha is a vedanga). You should also be good in Sanskrit. However, if your Navamsa lagna (which changes in about 3 mins forward) is Mithuna, then also learning of jyotisha is possible as then Surya (giver of this knowledge) will be in the 9th house and then also it will indicate that you will have to visit a guru to learn this subject. 3. AK being Rahu in Makara Navamsa, Makara is karakaamsa. 12-th from it is Dhanus and is empty, with no grahas aspecting it by grahadrishti. Hence its lord will indicate the Ishtadevata. Ju indicates Samba-Siva and in association with Ve in Vrisabha Rasi shows Mother worship as well. Worship of Mother will also take you to Siva and you can worship both together. Mo in Vimsamsa in Vrischika rasi also indicates inclination to Mother worship, no doubt. Worship of Devi in Kamalaatmika form will relieve effects of the said curse. Please read Sanjay-ji's article of Dasa Mahavidya in the files section in /Rath's Papers/2006 folder. Dharmadevata is seen from 9th house/lord from Karakaamsa and here is Me indicating Vishnu. Palana devata is indicated from 6th house from Amatya Karaka (Shani, here) and is Pisces indicating Ishtadevata again. Hope this helps a little. Guest guest
||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Nalini, Namaskar Your Ishta and Palana Devata is Jupiter and indicates Sadashiva. Your dharma devata is Mercury indicating Vishnu. There is a kalatra-shaapa in your chart (curse of spouse) and it repeats itself in the D-40 chart, which shows maternal karma. It also repeats in the D-60 which shows own-past karma. You personally are at risk of seeing the same curse, especially in the first serious relationship in life. You would have also recieved a serious accusation, which would have given you a bad reputation. It would also have obstructed an opportunity for promotions/gaining more authority in your career. Your current Narayana Dasa is of Cancer (2004-2008) , and will act as Capricorn due to the seventh house being stronger in your chart. Capricorn is joined the curse of spouse, and thus you will see some trials during this narayana dasa. Capricorn is divided into three parts of Lord, Occupants and Sign respectively, each lasting for 16 months each. Mars and Venus are occupying Capricorn and are constituting the curse which will work between July 2005 to July 2006. Luckily this combination also gives learning of jyotish. Especially in Taurus antara dasa (Nov 2005 - March 2006) you would have seen some trials, as Taurus aspects this combination. You are definitely very apt for learning Jyotish, and should continue doing so. You should especially focus on matters related to Dhanus-rasi, i.e. timing diksha, spiritual initiations, sadhana, matters related to Guru, father, dharma/law, and the likes. You will be good at giving predictions related to marriage and relationships, but you will have a personal liking towards matters of astrology dealing with meditation, foreign travel, sleep/recovery and such.
