Sanjay Raths' opinion in his lecture. Even then Let me give my few opinions on this deal. Some Principles of Muhurtha, 1. The 8th house indicates the Dosha's in any chart. Hence, In Muhurtha chart its preferred that 8th house be empty. Presence of any grahas in 8th in Muhurtha chart may indicate some troubles pertaining to the same. In this chart the 8th empty and hence indicates as such there is no doshas. Hence nothing hidden about the deal, i.e No nija dosha's pertaining to the signees in the deal. 2. The Kaaraka Bhaava should be dosha free or clean. The Kaaraka bhava for signing deal is 3rd Bhaava, As it indicates contracts signed. Any afflictions to this bhaava indicates that committing to the Contract may be faced with difficulties pertaining to graha afflicting the Kaaraka bhaava. Here we have Saturn, In 3rd Bhaava. It indicates that some kind of monetary or people opinion (could be US or Indian) opinion may come as a hindrance to fulfilment of the muhurtha. Taking AL and A7 as the two signatories of the contract, We see the Saturn is on A7, Hence may malign one of the signers of the contract. I will assume that 7th and A7 here indicates US, Hence US will undergo some bad name due to this contract. The Saturn aspects the 9th and hence it may try to compromise on some of the rules decided in the contract. The Presence of Lagna lord Venus in 9th and Saturn it'self being the 9th lord will make India try hard to fulfill on the rules in the contract. Now the question Arises does the presence of Ketu on AL reverse the reckoning by " Vipareetam Ketuh " principle?. Then Saturn in 3rd from AL in reverse would sure give enough power for India. Moreover Ketu represents Atomic and Nucleur power. The conjunction of Moon with Rahu gives Shakti Yoga aspecting Ketu. Presence of Sun the Kaaraka for power generation is in 10th, The intention of deal is well placed with dig bala. Hence Full potential of nuclear energy for power generation could be realised. As the Kaaraka for Power is kendra to muhurtha Lagna. Now, The natal chart compared with the Muhurtha chart will indicate the benefits accrued due to the event. Regarding the Business aspect of deal for India, If you note that Kaaraka mercury for Business deals is in 11th house, And Mercury has got Highest ashtakavarga score in Pisces and Transit Mercury is pisces indicates that the business generated for India by this deal will be very high.
