Guest guest
Dear Sanjay ji.Namaste. I just returned from a trip and am attempting to catch up with all my emails. Determine predominating tatwa in lagna of chart: Lagna is taurus an earthy fixed sign and has prithvi tatwa. Aspects are Rahu/Ketu with no panch tatwa. Saturn with vayu tatwa has graha drishti. Mars with agni tatwa has graha drishti. Using rasi drishti, it has aspect from Cancer/Libra/ Capricorn, jal vayu and prithvi tatwas.Cancer has Venus in it which is jal tatwa also. This is complicated so I need help in determining how to conclude the tatwa. What is implied by the exaltation and debility of Rahu in Taurus and Scorpio respectively? Why is Ketu not exalted for matters of longevity? Rahu is the planet of desires and exalted in Taurus which is a sign of luxuries and pleasures. As the nodes are always opposite from each other,Rahu being in Scorpio would have the reverse meaning. Ketu is a moksha karaka and has no relevance to longevity. What do you understand by the terms mooltrikona and swakshetra of each of the planets? Explain with illustrations. A planet in its mooltrikona sign will be more powerful and its significations will be more evident during its periods. A planet in its swakshetra will be strong but not as dominating. The comparison could be like a percentage like 75/50. For example Mercury in Virgo at 16.49 degrees is mooltrikona, very powerful though not like exalted which it just missed at 15 degrees. After the cut off of 20 degrees of mooltrikona it remains only strong but not powerful. Sanjay ji, My answers are very shallow and this level of information takes time to absorb, so please be patient with me. Regards.........Hanna
