Rahu Ashtakavarga analysis

Dear jyotisas,

Namaste.

 

My question is how would one analyze ashtakavarga with relation to rahu. my take is that as written in BPHS , rahu / ketu effects of sign lord they are posited in or with planet conjunt.

 

so if sombody has cancer lagna and rahu is in cancer , then in BAV of Moon , we should see how many points are there in cancer and this would show how rahu would behave with respect to the points obtained.

 

Also , Sambhu Hora Prakasha goes to the extent of even mentioning a seperate Rahu Ashtakavarga. has any one tried to experiment with this. Im not sure about the authenticity of this classic and how is it possible that no other classic mentions rahu ashtakavarga ?

any classical quote to your memory reference ? afaik BPHS explicitly mentions

rahu/ketu giving results of bhava lord or planets they conjoin .
