Regarding retrograde

Dear Rafal/Visti and other list members,

 

In a prasna chart if the karaka planet is retrograde, what does it

imply for the success of the question. Does a retrograde planet, like

jup is retrograde now, deny results? Due to overconfidence of

something like it?

 

Secondly, i went thru the mp3s once again, so if someone asks a

question about his mother, we see the 4th house or we see the

placement of the 4th lord.. taking that as lagna we find out about the

query..

 

Also does the lagna of the prasna chart represent the person whio is

asking or the question itself (which can be about a complete 3rd

party). because the prasna marg gives some combvinations to see if the

question will be a success.. like sirshodaya rasi, then benefics etc

etc.. so does it mean the over all success of any question about

anybody will depend on the rule of karakas, and the main lagna?

 

Please tell me if I am right in my understanding.
