The 11H is Pisces and its adarsha rasi is Sg from which the dasa starts antizodiacally. I did the calculation for the the dasa sequence and I am finding that the nation of India (which is 58/59 years old) has entered its Virgo Dasa. Virgo had debilitated Lagna lord and Ra/Ma combination is 8th from it. Virgo is also Rudra Bahya Rasi ( Ju is 8L and is 3rd from Lagna; hence 3rd from Ju is the Bahya Rasi which is indeed a troublesome time; ref. Jaimini Upadesa Sutra's 3.3.75/ Pt. Sanjay Rath). The next period (around 2013 - 2020) could be even more difficult as it is Cn with exalted 8L and is the Rudra Dwara Rasi.
