Lagna lord venus is in the 12th house with Sun and it is combust. Saturn is in the 4th house. I am scorpio lagna, with mars in the 12H joined Mercury, a very malefic planet for scorpio and enemy to mars. My vision is a little nearsighted, not that bad at all. I am in my mid-30's and can see ok without glasses. Also my 9H lord moon is in the 4H joined Jupiter in saturn's sign. I have been told by quite a few jyotishi's that I would relocate to lands foreign to me, and so far it has been true. Even though I am back in my place of birth at the moment, it is only temporary as my soul feels the need to leave here all the time...not to mention that my career takes me all over the place. There is no need to worry, people with 12H lagna lords just find their destiny elsewhere than their native lands.
