Your estimation for Kanya being more malefic is correct. Also see that its

badly placed from the mahadasa of Thula.

 

1. Dristhi can mean anything and it depends on context. Events which affect

you physically, such as death, require rashi dristi. Thus in shoola dasa we

are very concerned with rasi dristi. So it depends on context.

2. Transit Surya at the time of death was Kanya according to the latest

chart you sent.

3. Noone has talked about pratyantara yet.

Please help me to answer the following few more questions:-

 

1) When we say drishti, Do I have to consider Rasi or Graha Drishti

or both ?

 

2) In Rasi the Mrityu Pada is placed in Mithuna and its lord is

placed in Vrischica. The transit Surya at the time of death is in

Meena, so how this trines principles is not working here ? Did I not

understood this principle correctly ?

 

3) How to find the Pratyantar Dasa from here ?. If this is discussed

in our Recent Conference by Sanjay Ji, then, surely I can wait for

the CD's to arrive and learn from there. Alternatively, if it is

quick for you to give the pointer then please write to me, I will

appreciate.

Treat the mahadasa as lagna and find the third, sixth, eighth and

twelfth lords from it.

 

See which signs these planets are occupying in the navamsa. Those

signs occupied/aspected by more of these four lordships, will be very

malefic and can give death.

 

Your conclusion should lead you to the dual signs being very

malefic :-).

 

As for the month and the rest, in light of the latest teachings of

sanjayji during the delhi conference, i will wait with giving a

definite answer for this.
