If we give logic like that, why is Lakshmi worshipped in the month of Aswayuja? " Lakshmi Hridayam " is supposed to be very sacred and very effective when read with " Narayana Hridayam " . It singles out Aswayuja maasa and talks about the results of reading this Hridayam in Aswayuja. Moreover, we worship Lakshmi on the day of Deepavali in Aswayuja.
