Guest guest
Dear Gauranga, Jaya Jagannatha! >I did not yet delve deeply into the chart, but definitely, having Lagna in >a fiery sign and Paka Lagna in there also with two fiery planets, would >give a predominantly Pitta Prakruti. Yes, Kapha-pitta I would say would have been Srila Prabhupada's Ayurvedic constitution. Jupiter lagna lord stands for kapha (fat in the body) and it is in Leo, fiery sign plus sagittarius is also fire element. I remember a discussion earlier on varahamihira under lagna assignment where was mentioned that sagittarius lagna persons have " double chin " . Well, if you look at Prabhupada, you can see something like that. I also have experience that Sag. lagna persons have a broad face with these characteristic lines in the face from nose to mouth with somewhat fattened cheeks above them, especially upon getting older. While with a Capricorn lagna we would get a complete different outlook, Saturn lord stands for vata, plus it is in Libra, an airy sign, so we would get a skinny yogic type. So it's clear to me that Prabhupada had Sagittarius lagna. I just read in the Transcendental Diary that Srila Prabhupada got some trouble with the ureum blocking in the body and as a result of that he got diagnosed with high blood pressure. That was on December 20th, 1975. Now this is not a problem of vata, but rather of kapha. I hardly heard vata persons getting trouble with high blood pressure. Another thing which is remarkable, as Mars is 12th lord and is in the 6th, conjoined Moon, lord of 8th, Mars in the 12th gives a disease called muscular atrophy. Since 12th is empty, it will be the lord acting as such, and we see that Srila Prabhupada at the end of life had this terrible disease that his body was completely emaciated. The doctors diagnosed that his muscles were completely braking off, leaving only the skin over the bones and that any normal man would have screamed from the pain. And that happened when he was going through Ketu maha dasha, Ketu being co-lord of 12th in the 9th would as such have caused death. Also with Ketu 12th lord, the moksha karaka in 9th it shows he attained moksha. Usually Ketu in 9th would not be good for religiosity, but in this case when Ketu is conjoined the lord of 9th, here Sun, it is not bad. And conjunction between Ketu and Jupiter in 9th gives undying fame and glory and makes one a true devotee of Krsna. >> Another astonishing remark I made is, that upon calculating the sum of >>the longitudes of 6th, 8th and 12th lords (Ketu), the longitude so >>obtained comes exactly on the lagna longitude. I rectified Srila >>Prabhupada's chart to 15:51:33 pm using TZ 6.21. > >I do not know this method. What is it used for? The addition of 6th, 8th and 12th lords longitude (0-360 degrees) is used for calculation of longevity. The point so obtained will be in a certain sign and when Saturn transits this point or in trines to it, death may occur. In combination with the three pairs method it can be a means for rectifying a chart. I did mine and came to accurate results.
