Pramod Mahajan-Punya details -

Dear Gurujans & fellow learners,

When will we be able to predict accurately .

Guruji also said chances of his survival are there in the class ..

Narashima also posted the same thing...

but we all know he passed away..

We also know that the all the pooja were being done for him..

I know we all are learners here but even then...

till what time we can predict like " chances are there.. "

when will we learn to come out of this ambiguity.

Now we all can back trace why he died ... but when he was alive.

why couldnt we predict what was about to happen..

Please throw some light on this..

Frankly this is one thing that has been crossing my mind for the

last one year or so when I started to believe and study astrology.

If even 80% of the times prediction is successful and we would not

know which 80%, then it is as good as 100% failure.

From what I understood, astrology helps you in a big picture...like

you can be rich, poor, good wife, health problems, etc..but when it

comes to details, it is not too clear.

Can astrology not give quantitative predictions? it's like you can

get healthy, wealthy, etc..but not to how much extent.

The birth rectification / correct birth chart is the real criterion

for a correct prediction, am not sure how many times birth

rectification comes close!

The best astrology could do to me was re-assure about the karmic

cycle of birth-death and that mantra is the only way to come out of

it.

Probably that's when Srila Prabhupada used to say, leave it all to

Lord Krsna. If he wishes, who can stop..if he would like to stop,

who can wish.

Hi.

Leave aside people like Narsimha. You may all recall

that Guru Sanjay Rath had most categorically and

unequivocally said that Pramod Mahajan would not

survive. Astrology is never wrong. The competence (and

the integrity) of the astrologer may come in question

at times though.

Dear Samir,

In our class discussions we never spoke of survival. In fact, it was pointed out that he would not survive this. We thought the demise would happen earlier, in the last krishna chaturdashi, as we were favouring a Venus ruled tithi. Guruji's words were, "it would be difficult for him to cross this chaturdashi". He did cross it by 7 days and the demise was in the next Venus ruled tithi, which is today, Shukla Shashthi. The reasons were discussed in depth. Please listen to the tape once more. Incidentally you didn't need astrology to predict this one.

Have you not read my mails and heard the class at Atri SJC where the chart of Pramod Mahajan was discussed. Was it not very clear to one and all that -

1. That he has Dusta MaranaYoga

2. This is caused by Rahu and Mars - hence brother

3. That this is bad as Saturn is transiting trine to the Mrityupada and Rahu is in Mrtyupada.

4. Then the principles of dasa was discussed and Rahu antar in Saturn was discussed.

5. Then the who class had to do the exercise to find out Mrtyu Tithi and the Atri SJC class came to the conclusion that Venus tithi is most dangerous (chaturdasi and shasti) and Moon is also dangerous (dwiteeya and dasami).

6. Accordingly the unequivocal thought was Krishna Chaturdasi and as it turns out, Pramod Mahajan finally died today which is SHASTI !!!

7. Finally, the time of death 4.10 PM again confirms the rising lagna is Virgo his arudha lagna. Please read RATH's RULES for TIMING DEATH in COVA and recent papers in Delhi conference.

Dear jyotisha,

Guruji was very much sure about this event. He insisted that chaturdasi will be

very crucial. In fact when someone in the class asked him personally 'are you

100% sure he will not survive' his answer was 'it doesn't look good to comment

on as person is fighting a battle for life.' This shows somewhere deep in his

heart he knew this but as human being (not as an astrologer) he was wishing for

his good health.

Another interesting observation which I mentioned in the class and in fact

guruji gave an introductory lesson on numerology after this question was raised

that the sum of of date of event comes to 7 which indicate ketu. Is there any

role ketu was playing in the entire event? Now today's date sum total also

comes to 7. I know guruji will not support this line of thinking but at the

time of event virgo was rising with ketu in it. Definitely there is lot more to

it... Which I am not highlighting right now but does it ring a bell? Ofcourse,

there are issues related to which calendar to use but this is worth noticing and

studying .
