Dear Manoj, Namaskar.

The second one is more accurate but still not completely correct.

if you pronounce 'ha' instead of the visarga you are changing the

aksharas of the mantra to become 12-aksharas instead of 11.

So in itrans this is: OM haM rudraaya hanumate namaH|
