AntiVirus tool Attached - Plz follow the details ASAPMon, 30 Jan 2006 17:07:55 +0530"Raghvendra" <raghvendra Hi All, W32.Blackmal.E@mm is a mass-mailing worm that attempts through network shares.Because this worm spreads by using shared folders on networked computers, to ensure that the worm does not reinfect the computer after it has been removed. First You need to check is that Symantec Anti-Virus is Up to date So run LiveUpdate to make sure that you are using the most current virus definitions. Also I herewith attached the Removal tool for this specific worm in a Zip File.Follow these steps to run the tool: 1.Close all the running programs. 2.Disconnect the computer from the network. 3.Double-click the FixBmalE.exe file to start the removal tool. 4.Click Start to begin the process, and then allow the tool to run. NOTE: If you have any problems when you run the tool, or it does nor appear to remove the threat, restart the computer in Safe mode and run the tool again. 5.Restart the computer. 6.Run the removal tool again to ensure that the system is clean. 7.Reconnect the computer to the network. 8.Run LiveUpdate to make sure that you are using the most current virus definitions. Hope this will work . Jiyo cricket on India cricket
