Also please do suggest the remedies. Day by day i am getting more of health upsets. As per few astrloger predication, i fasted on every friday from sunrise to sunset for 6 months and stopped because of health issues. To this i am daily chanting Lalitha Sahasranama and listning to Vishnu Sahasranama. On wednesdays i do visit to Vishnu temple.
