Guest guest
Respected Sir, Recenetly I had been going through the book on Vedic Remedies by Sri Sanjay Rath. It is indeed a fantastic book for all jyotish students across the globe. However I had a few points which I could not understand. 1) In the appendix " Research on the effects of mantra " there is one point which says when concerning relationships.. " Fixed significator (Sthira Karaka) and Chara Karaka (Temporal significator) are not chosen for this purpose as mantra are natural sound vibrations " .. The next point says .. " The problem solver is the planet that can intervene effectively to give the solution. While this is the natural significator for natural events, the specific planet would have to be determined in the case of the Arudha Pada. " .. I am getting confused by this statement. Does it mean we should choose the ruler of the arudha pada or if a benefic planet is positioned there or a benefic aspecting the arudhapada or yuti its lord? Kindly clarify. Then it is said we should count from teh lagna to the natural significator or the arudhapada. So in case its a problem regarding some relationship, be it business(A7) or wife (UL) or children (a5), should be count from lagna to the arudha pada or from lagna to the intervening planet as refered previously? For example someone has a problem with guru (A9) which is placed in 5th from lagna and (A9) has no aspects whatsoever, but its lord jupiter is placed in 7th house.. so should be choose a mantra with 7 syllables(jupiter's placemen) or 5 syllales (A9 placement)? Please clarify as I am really confused regatrding this. 2)Also it is mentioned that as with " om namah narayanaya " . the source is the 3rd house, the focus of the spiritual energy is 8th house (8 aksharas) and the effect of the mantra is 5th from the 8th house, i.e. 12th house. So does it mean that the effect of a mantra is always fifth from the house representing the number of aksharas? I had read in an article that we should count the difference between the source and destination house and add the same from the destination house to find where the devata sits. So which is the correct method? -Thanks in advance Rajarshi
