Help-Required - Abnormal Behaviour

Om Namh Shivaya,

 

Respected Vistiji and Gurujans,

 

I am seeking your help in addressing my daughter's peculiar problem which is

continuing for the past 20-22 months.

 

Birth details of my daughter -

 

DOB - April-21st-2004

Time - 9:36 AM

Place - Reston, Virginia, USA.

 

My daughter will be completing 6 yrs next month. From sometime in June-2008, she

has started to do the following things which she was not doing previously-

1) Throwing things outside the window. Like toys, TV remote

2) Chewing on her clothes etc..

 

We assumed that it is a childish behaviour and will end shortly but it did not.

Slowly she started tearing her books. Not a single book of hers is in good

condition. We ( parents ) ensured that she does not have access to books unless

under supervision. So she started tearing her elder sister's book. And her elder

sister's books are all tattered now.

 

The school teacher is also worried about this and trying her best to help us

out. We have tried the following remedies but nothing worked till date -

1) Avoiding all contacts with books. By doing this she picked up on my

notes/letters and books. The strange part is that she only picks up notes/books

that are new and important. Old newspapers, magazines even though lying on the

table is not picked up by her.

2) Consulted a good child counsellor, psychatrist also. The final report came

out that is in a intelligent child with a high IQ of 115 for her age. The doctor

told that it could be a case of OCD (Obsessive disorder). But there was no firm

opinion on what should be done to stop this habit/activity.

3) Consulted on the chart front and was suggested that she is under a curse of

Moon and her Moon maha dasha has started when she showed this behaviour. I was

told to do Shiva Shadakshari mantra 3 malas daily. Still doing but no

improvement.

 

Couple of incidents that I would like to mention during the time this behaviour

was observed -

1) My mother passed away all of a sudden in Feb-2008.

2) My caretaker also left suddenly during the same period who was looking

after this child.

 

Can you pls guide me as to what is the problem for this behaviour and what needs

to be done to stop this behaviour.
