This is unfortunate karma playing in the case of your brother in law younger

brother. Do the Rudra Abisek regularly, most important at his birthday and

Mrityunjaya Homa and Yagya, to prevent premature death. The cure is coming only

after the age of 30, so till than, do your best to keep him safe. Shani is the

key graha in the problem, so keep the Yoga Vashista copy and he should read it,

as this Rishi who gave Mrityunjaya mantra (Om Jum Sah) can give his blessing

Regarding your borther in law,unfortunatelly finance will improve only after 5

years.
