It would depend on where Virgo is reckoned from the Lagna and the AL. It would also be pertinent to see the position of Mercury from Lagna and Arudha Lagna and its relation with the lord of the Lagna and the Arudha Lagna. Debilitated Graha in the 2nd Bhava from the UL is not good for the longevity of the marriage indicated by the UL. usually Sun is not malefic for the UL unless it is debilitated. The spouse could be a foreigner. The 9th Lord Venus is placed in the 7th Bhava as the 7th Lord Sun is in the 9th Bhava in Parivartana Yoga. The UL is in the 12th Bhava from the AL: this is another pointer to the spouse being a foreigner. Shukra and Budh are friends, the latter bwing the UL Lord placed in the 2nd from UL and Shukra being the 2nd Lord from the UL. Due to the Parivartana Yoga, the danger to the longevity of the marriage is not profound. The father and mother of the spouse will oppose the marriage. The mother will do so openly while the father's opposition will be covert. Due to the Parivartana Yoga, the Sun can be deemed to be placed in Leo. The spouse will be regal, quick to anger and authoritative. Sun in Leo due to the exchange and Mars in UL both show this. The time is good for marriage as Guru transits the 2nd from UL. 14th Sep to the later part of October appears to be a possible time. Guru AD in Vimshottari system will be on. The Chart is profoundly manglik and should be matched. It is likely to be a love marriage due to the Yuti of the 5th and 7th Lord/ 5th Lord and Shukra. The TP Chakra for 2005 shows the Hora Lord in Parivartana with the 5th Lord Shukra. This is again indicative of a focus on love marriage. Perhaps he met someone during 10th October-17th December.
