It is not a classical Jyotish text, but most of the Hindu puranas/epics have references to astrological/astronomical information. For example, Sri Krishna's horoscope is mentioned in the Bhagavatam. Also, the period of precession (26,000 years) is mentioned in the Bhagavatam in the story of Dhruva. regards, Krishna.
