Peculiar professional problem - Pls help

Dear Guruji,

I have been suffering from a peculiar problem which has been

troubling me a lot in my professional life.My profession is software

related.I starterd my career on 21/05/1996 and changed 4 jobs during

the last 9 yrs.While attending the meetings/trainings I

automatically start thinking on some other unrelated xyz issues &

there by lose contact with the lecturer/other team members.Finally I

learn nothing from the meetings/trainings.Many of the times I would

be in an embarassing position for losing contact in the meetings.

Really something is stopping me from growing in my career.I dont

take any initiative steps in my career.If something is new to me in

profession, I try to avoid it to the maximum.I dont try to learn new

things related to my career.Moreover most of the times,I try to

escape from attending my duties by telling silly reasons.I tried to

change myself so many times but is of no use.

Is there any remedy for me ?

21/05/1996:Joined 1st job

26/04/2001:Resigned from 2nd job

18/06/2001:Joined the 3rd job

25/08/2005:Joined the 4th job

 

At present I use the following stones.

 

Red coral on right hand middle finger

Pearl on right hand ring finger

Yellow sapphire on left hand ring finger.

 

Kindly spare some time and suggest me suitable remedy.
