Rahu wins then. But my question to Sanjay was: do we give importance to being in own sign? After " swami gurujna drig yogaha " , we apply the exaltation rule and then go to the rule you mention. My question is: if neither planet is exalted but one of them is in own sign, do we give any importance to that factor or proceed to the next rule ignoring own house situation?
