I had a question same as you few years back. When a planet retrograde, how we consider it for arrange chara karakatwa. Degree of Rahu must be count from the end of the rasi as Rahu is retrograde. But, for other retrograde planet we do not do that.

 

Same way we do not consider degrees from the end of the rasi for retrograde grahas except Rahu. I have cleared this some time ago with Gurudeva.
