Ascertaing House of Younger Sibling In Drekkana

Dear List Members,

 

I am trying to rectify a horoscope of a work colleague. I don't know a

whole lot about this lady other than the fact that she is still

unmarried at 37 years of age, she migrated to Australia from Korea in

July 1999, and she has only one younger brother.

 

While trying to verify the younger brother from the drekkana chart, do

we take the 3rd house (as per normal) or the 11th, depending on

whether the rising sign of drekkana is odd or even? Or do we always

see the 3rd house for younger siblings? Her birth info: March 13,

1969, 3:15 am., Masan, Korea (128e24, 35n21, zone -9)
