If we are to use the rule given in sutra 2.3.11 of UPSJ, what to do with retrograde planets? " In case none of the signs have the Atmakarak as its Lord then the sign whose lord has advanced more in degrees is stronger " . Sould we calculate the degrees from the end of the sign for Rahu/Ketu or for other retrograde planets or for both?
