Om Gurave Namah

Namaste vijay umar ji,

There's a shloka for preventing nightmares and it goes like this.

Rama Skandham Hanumantham Vynateyam Vrikodaram

shayaneyam smarennithyam duswapnam tasya nashyate

Gist: Before sleeping, every day, if one thinks of Sri Rama,

Skandha, Hanuman, Garuda and Bhima one will not have nightmares.

This was taught to me by my mother, and perhaps it did work, because

despite being a notorious dreamer, I never had a nightmare so

far :--))

Regards,

Lakshmi
