Sun Striking Retrograde planet

Pranaam Jyotisha,

 

I have been going through the posts on retrogression and I have a

doubt regarding the age at which the sun strikes a retrograde planet.

 

I am doing the calculation taking my chart as an example. Please

guide me if I am wrong.

 

Planet Position Pada CharaK

Sun 1 Vi 42 U.Pha. 2 DK

Moon 13 Ar 36 Bharani 1 PK

Mars 16 Le 16 Poo.Pha. 1 PiK

Venus 16 Li 25 Swathi 3 MK

Saturn ® 29 Ar 00 Krittika 1 AK

Rahu 8 Aq 02 Satabhisham 1 AmK

Ketu 8 Le 02 Makha 3 -

 

Here Saturn is in the 6th house from the Sun. I need to calculate

the 7th house longitude from saturn's natal position. My doubt at

this point is: is the 7th house position of staurn =(30 - 29 Ar 00) 1

Li 00 or is it 29 Li 00?

 

If the 7th house position is 29 Li 00 then the sun will strike at (30

(30 Deg - 1 Deg 42) + 29 Deg 00 = 57 Deg 18 Min. The sun will

therefore strike at 58 years and 6 months.

 

Please guide me.
