Utpanna dasa

In charts where moon is in 3,6,10 or 11 ; do we use utpanna dasa rather

than vimshottari from moon star ? So in these cases vimshottari from

moon would not explain life events or is it equally applicable ? I am

really confused . I have a libra asc chart with sat in lagna ; the

natives moon is in 11th and utpanna dasa running currently is saturn

which seems to be favourable period . But in vimshottari from birth

star, dasa running is of mars which is malefic , so which one would

explain what really is in store for the native ? Kindly help .
