I only know what Sanjay said about it. As to whether he is fit to study astrology; Primarily Jupiter and secondarily Mercury signify Astrology. They should have a strong connection with 10th, 2nd and 5th and 8th houses. 2nd house for the power of speech, 5th and 8th houses for mantra and occult knowledge. In this chart Jupiter is strong in the ascendant, and in Aqurious Jupiter gives good results. Jupiter is the 2nd lord fulfilling that his speech will be truthful. Jupiter aspects 5th house of intelligence and 9th house of higher knowledge. Furthur Mercury is well placed in the 9th house exalted. He has the ability to become a very good astrologer.
