Relevant 5th House occupied by 8th lord in both charts

Dear all,

 

If the relevant 5th house of children (i.e. 5H for men and 9H for woman for odd sign, else reverse as per vistiji's lecture) contains 8th lord and that too rahu, and that too in both the spouse's chart does that really indicate seperation or sudden death or suffereing and bad for children? What else i can see to rule out any of these posibilities? I'm really worried.
