What role does a retrograded planet plays in Saptamsa? Visti ji --Please help

I am having a lot of confusion on predicting second child of the

below chart.

 

Details:

 

DOB: 19-Jan-1978 TOB: 07:10 AM

Place: Kaikalur,Andhra Pradesh, India.

I am having a lot of Confusion on predicting the gender above

saptamsa due to below doubts

 

1) As we have to see 7th House for second child, Meena Rasi is a

Female Rasi and a Male planet Retrograded Mars is in it having an

aspect from the Lagna Kanya Rasi(also a female Rasi) with Retrograded

Sani in it.

 

2) 7th Lord Jupiter under retrogression is a Male placed in a Male

sign Mithun but in Satru kshetra along with exalted Rahu who probably

give a male.

 

So I would like to know

 

3) What is the impact of retrograded planets in predicting the gender?

 

If Jupiter is in his own house which is 7th Place from a Female chart

in conjunction with Venus like below. Show we predict it as Male?

what is the exact rule to predict the gender in the cases like this.
