Loss of Job Timing Mystery

Om Namo Bhagavate ParamguraveNamaste EveryoneI came accross a very interesting event and would like to understand the timing of both from an astrological point of view. The native was head hunted by a very large international company (Technology & Media) and decided to leave his successful job to join the new company. He joined the company only to be retrenched 2 weeks later. Apparently, the CEO decided to change the focus of the company and shut the division down without knowing that the HR department had made the new appointment, which cost the company a retrenchment settlement in favour of the native.

Now from an astrological point of view im trying to establish if we can see these two events (the appointment and then the retrenchment) clearly being shown in the chart. Here are the facts

Nature of Work: Manager of online news websiteOffer Accepted :25 April 2008Date joined company: 1 July 2008Date of Retrenchment Advice: 15 July 2008Other data: Second Marriage, 28 June 2007

Children: Two Sons from First Marriage, 3rd Son (Birth Data 30 March 2007, 1:44am, Cape Town) from second marriage with another child due in October.Birth Data: GomezJanuary 6, 1967

Time: 17:00:00, Time Zone: 2:00:00 (East of GMT)Place: 28 E 19' 00 " , 26 S 11' 00 " , South AfricaIncidentally, the native is a western astrologer and mother is a Virgo, so he is quite confident about his birth time being accurate.

Generally speaking, the changing of a job and the loss of a job are very big events, so there should be clear indicatrs of why he was retrenched on 15th instead of say 21st of July or any other date. Looking forward to learning some Jyotish concepts arounding timing events.

Best WishesBipin
