Guest guest
Om Brihaspataye Namah Dear Gurvi and Bipin, Namaste I had a strange dream last night. First part I was in a city. Second part I was at a wedding. Third part was were things got interesting. I was at our old farm house, in the TV room, and an indian guy started talking about male, female and eunich signs. I cant remember what he was talking about because everything was happening very fast- but one clear thing he did say which i remember was that Bipin should examine his A7. Therafter, I turned into a snake and slithered to the outside balcony, and then i turned into an eagle and flew off the balcony... and thats all i can remember! Whats your take on this? Guest guest
Om Namo Bhagavate Paramgurave Dear Samarth, Namaste Please do write about asanas and other tips for with regard to promoting good sleep. Considering that a third of the day is taken up by sleeping, a good sleep is very important so that body is able energise and heal itself naturally. The level of consciossness of the mind and the food that you eat before bed time is very important as you pointed out. Looking forward to your reply Best Wishes Bipin ps: BTW, I sleep like a log since changing my sleeping position to South a good few few years back , " Samarth " <samarthprao wrote: > > Dear Bivash, > > As per Ayurveda you have had a " vathik dream " . Guest guest
Jaya Jagannatha Dear Bipin, After consuming food in the night, after walking 100 steps, this is the procedure adopted for one to get good sleep, as mentioned in the Ayurvedic texts: 1) Sleep in Uttana position ( Straight) - count 8 natural breathe 2) Turn to the right position - Count 16 natural breathes 3) Turn to the left position - count 32 natural breathes. 4) Adopt any position to sleep ( Left is recommended) The above breathing should be natural and not by force. The regular rythm should be adopted. Also deep breathing could be adopted - One has to experiment and get accustomed to the above practise and find one's suitability. Regards Samarth , " Bipin Prag " <bipinprag wrote: > > Om Namo Bhagavate Paramgurave > > Dear Samarth, Namaste > > Please do write about asanas and other tips for with regard to > promoting good sleep. > > Considering that a third of the day is taken up by sleeping, a good > sleep is very important so that body is able energise and heal itself > naturally.
