SUGGESTION FOR PVR ! |Hare Rama Krsna| Dear Narasimha, I have a suggestion. By toggling the house options invariably some planets may get shifted from one house to another. It would be great if the yogas that are given in the strengths option would take this into account. This way we could research which house system fits best into known charts. Perhaps this is something to build into a future release of JHora? With bast wishes Kasim > " Narasimha P.V.R. Rao " >vedic astrology >To: >[vedic astrology] Re: JHora--- Ascendant position >Sat, 10 Sep 2005 09:44:07 -0400 > >Dear Tarun, > >You should use what your teachers taught you to use and what you prefer. > >Suppose you choose " each rasi is a house " option. Then the other setting does not matter. But suppose you choose " equal houses (30 deg each) " option for Houses. And suppose your ascendant is at 25 deg in Li. > >If you choose " ascendant is the middle of the first house " in that case, first house is taken to be from 10 deg in Li to 10 deg in Sc (+/- 15 deg from ascendant). The second house is taken to be from 10 deg in Sc to 10 deg in Sg. And so on. > >If you choose " ascendant is the start of the first house " instead, first house is taken to be from 25 deg in Li to 25 deg in Sc (start from ascendant and go 30 deg). Guest guest
Dear Kasim, Bravo! Did you arrive at the premise by yourself or through studying Parashara, as Narasimha accepted in his recent post about his source of this research! Your postings were not clear as to the source of your " suggestion " from four years ago! Narasimha, posted a few examples to illustrate his understanding. I am sure in the last 4 years you must have accumulated many examples to support your suggestion. Please do share, if you have the time and interest. Thanks Rohiniranjan vedic astrology , Kasim Khan <kasim_ch wrote: > > > |Hare Rama Krsna| > > Dear Narasimha, > > > > I did make a smiliar suggestion 4 years ago (see below)...I am pleased you are looking into this with greater detail currently.. > > > > Best wishes always > > > > Kasim > > > > vedic astrology > kasim_ch > Sun, 11 Sep 2005 10:17:42 +0000 > RE: [vedic astrology] Re: JHora--- Ascendant position - !
