Guest guest Posted September 21, 2009 Report Share Posted September 21, 2009 the normal group of people go to an astrologer. if they are helped and predictions come true. they will come back. they donot have any fixed theory whether numerology gems stones names change or remedial measure work. they will try it out and if it work they come back to you. i have not given any advertisment in so many years. only one in last 12 years . i get clients from usa uk france canada nigeria etc. the reason is word of mouth. the so called elist people leave the prediction part of it. they think by knowing jamini astrology or kalachakra dasa or reading books or writing in the internet or teaching in icas one will become a great astrologer. they talk of astrology combination with pout giving predictions. no one will touch or recommend you clients. many of these people think astrologer who make money are crooks liars cheat etc. far from it. people are not fools. they donot waste there time or meet people for nothing. they will not pay if u are not good enough or will not recommend you. it often pompous to feel that one is intelligent that people who make money are very big crooks. agreed some times predictions go wrong. people will forgive you if u do good job. once in a while every one make mistakes second group of people who exgratte and irriate many people. they people have negative attitude and find fault with every thing. if they were to become positive helpful and use there knowledge of astrology world would be a better place. in the internet forums many good astrologer writes. the group attacks , tries be little the person and the good astrologer with draws. greatness does not coming in putting down some one but by doing some thing good. if simple question is asked what is techniques is used? how did u predict? can we learn ? can we share ? astrology will be in diffrent place. SHE who cursed astrology and astrologers? You see -- this is the problem with modern jyotish! We *see* it, perceive it and worship and explain it as something Divine and yet rational and Scientific and something readily explainable through our reasoning -- based on the reasonings provided to us by GIANTS-- Ancients and contemporary! There still remains a lot of faith and trust and reverence mish-mashed with the rational and pragmatic in astrology as we experience it today! I love khichdee as being a tasteful and reasonably nutritive dish, but hardly would advertise it as a COMPLETE MEAL! Unless you are on some MONK-like diet or something! But then we would hardly classify you as 'normal' or even ordinary/regular!
