I feel your birth time should be shifted slightly earlier. I failed to see extra strength in your horoscope, to be fit for superior Civil Services. Still, you may get a job away from your native place after May 2010, if TOB is not correct in Sat-Moon (after May 2010). It may be a govt job also. Your present Saturn dasa may inculcate a feeling of detachment / loneliness. Propitiate Saturn.
