Dear Dr, Jrusgbab Ramanathan,

Many thanks for your mail.

A lot of discussoin is going on about the dates of the Incarnations of

Bhagwan Ram and Bhagwan Krishna vis-vis Hindu calendar in several forums. I

suggest you join

hinducalendar

to get a clear picture yourself, since as on date, I am myself as confused

about the actual dates of their Incarnation as you are, the reason being

that as per the so called astrological combination in the VR and the

Mahabhabarata, various scholars have fixed the dates of Incarnation of

Bhagwan Ram from 157 BCE to 7323 BCE and of Bhagwean Krishen from 1400 BCE

to 3200 BCE. I do not know whether they are doing so to confuse a

layman deliberately or is it only to prove their astrological prowess!

With regards,

A K Kaul

Dear Dr, Krishnan Ramanathan,\

My apologies for having mis-spelled your name in the mail just sent to

you--a typo as you can judge.

Regards,

AKK
