For your kind information, please know that a correct calendar cannot be framed in Sayana or in Nirayana. Rashis are the part of Eclptic and can be assesd approximately in Sayana while Nakshtras are approximately correct as per Nirayana. Sri Mohan Krity Arsh Tithi Patrak being fairly accurate one and that is why it cannot be judged through Sayana or Nirayana. We have to know that the Moon revolves around the earth and not around the Sun. Both the path are very separate. The apparant path of the Sun arround earth is known as Ecliptic (Krantivrita) and Rashis are parts/ divisions of that Eclipticonly. Similarly the path of Moon around earth is known as Vimandal and these 27/28 Nakshatras are the parts / divisions of the said Vimandal only. Therefore, Nakshtras cannot exactly be attached with the Rashis. Here the truth is bitter but we have ultimately to realize it .Nakshtras have to assesed through the moon on 'Vimandal'. I have used the words 'Sayana' and 'Nirayana' for your correct understanding only. In fact, for making a correct patrak there is no need of any Ayanamsha. Munjal, the writer of Laghumanasa was getting the planetry longitudes through his calculations contarary to observational results by about 6/7 days. He found that on the date of Zero bhogamsh of the Sun, as per calculations, he was not obtaining the equal day night duration through observation. Rather the the day of equal day night duration was 6/7 days further to the day of Zero bhogamsh as per his calculation. To rectify his calculation he decided to add 1 arc minute per year from Shaka 444 to the calculated longitude of the Sun, to meet it in accordance to observational results. This correction was called by him as 'Beej Samskar or `Beej Correction' and that way the 'Beej Samskar Krit' Sun is considered to be as the Actual 'Drik Tulya' longitude of the Sun. Today we are getting already the 'Drik' position with the help of high class observatories ( and not by calculations) and therefore there remains no need of adding any correction. Getting the 'Drik' longitudes as seen with the help of observatories and then reducing said correction (Ayanamsha) from that, is realy to make planetry longitudes most false or inacurate. Our astrologers panchanga makers and some high profiled EDITORS-CUM- ASTROLOGERS are totaly ignorant about the mistake ( Paap karam) they are doing. Come on, please, to understand the Sun on the days of 'Sampaat' and 'Uttar/ Daxin Ayans'. This will also let you understand that- 1- Day of the Uttarayan is the day of Makar Samkranti as the Sun leaving 270th degree at the moment gains the Param Kranti. Same way the day of Daxinayan is the day of Kark Samkranti also as the Sun leaving 90th degree at the moment and gains northword Param Kranti. 2- Day of Vasant Sampat is the day Mesh Samkranti as wel as the day Baisakhee as the Sun leaving last point of the Ecliptic at moment and gains the Zero declination. Same way the day of Sharad Sampaat when the Sun leaving 180th degree, is the day of Kaartik Samkranti. 3. These formules cannot be applied with Nirayana longitudes and also that as per these formules Param or Zewro declination of the Sun cannot be worked out. So let us see - In these formules è = Declination of Sun, ë = Maximum Declination of Sun ( Present value is 23.445556), ö = Longitude of Sun -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.- Sin(è) = Sin(ë) x Sin(ö)……………….(1) or Sin(ö) = Sin(è)/Sin(ë) …………………(2) Now, for zero declination of sun let's substituting è = 00 eq (2). So that we get - Sin(ö) = Sin(00)/Sin(ë) Sin(ö) = 0 i.e. ö = Sin-1( 0) and thus ö = 00 or 1800 Hence, signifying the occurrence of Vernal/Autumn Equinox or Vasant / Sharad Sampaat or Mesh / Tula Samkranti. Similarly, for maximum South declination of Sun lets substitute ë = - ë in Eq(2), Now we get - Sin(ö) = Sin(-ë)/Sin(ë) Sin(ö) = -1 i.e. ö = Sin-1( -1) and thus ö = 900 i.e. 2700 Hence, Signifying the occurrence of Winter Solicit or Uttarayan or Makar Samkranti. Again, for maximum North declination of Sun lets substitute ë = ë in Eq(2), we get - Sin(ö) = Sin(ë)/Sin(ë) Sin(ö) = 1 i.e. ö = Sin-1( 1) and thus ö = 90.00 Hence, Signifying the occurrence of Summer Solicit or Dakshinayan or Kark Samkranti. Thus the clarification comes out for why do I say that Sri Mohan Krity Arsh Tithi Patrak is the ONLY A CORRECT TITHI PATRAK IN INDIA AND WHY IT IS NEITHER SAYANA NOR A NIRAYANA ONE. Thanks very much. Achary Darshaney Lokesh madhusudhan gadakari <madhu gadakari RE: Shri Mohan Krity Arsh Tithi Patrak -2067 and Correct Festivals Shree Darshaney Lokesh ji Sadar namaskar. Thanks. following sentense surprises me. ''Mohan Krity arsh Tithi Patrak is neither a SayanA nor a NirayanA one. " It has to be or the other. Regards. Kumbha parva of 2010 is the fixation of false panchangas. Note 2- In a nut shell, Shree Mohan Krity arsh Tithi Patrak is neither a SayanA nor a NirayanA one. It intimates you about correct Samkrantis, unequal division of all the prominent 28 nakshtras and also the correct dates of the festivals, muhurtas and adhi-masas etc. Besides the daily sunrise - Sunset timings, daily Moonrise – Moonset, for all 12 lagna (Ascendants) riseing times are shown along with the Tithi and Nakshtra ending times. A correction table for time applicable to 54 major cities is also givn in this Arsh Tithi Patrak. User people of this Patrak are assured for getting a separate coorection table for the city of their desire or belonging by contacting the editor with a request, enclosing an appropriately stamped and self addressed envelop. Glad to see your dharmashastra- sammat efforts that the real panchanga has neither to be sayana nor nirayana! That is a fact which is being ignored by all the panchangamakers, including Rashtriya Panchanga! You have tried to prove it mathematically but somehow, the symbos for calculations appear to get distorted. I would not like to change it a bit myself and would therefore request you to please send the same message to me at jyotirved (AT) gmail (DOT) com <jyotirved with a copy to jyotirved (AT) sify (DOT) com <jyotirved . I shall try to repost them as it is in a manner so that the calculation symbos do not get distorted.
