In your classroom view of jyotish, what you are missing is based on

Lahiri Ayanamsa, jyotishi's have been able to make correct predictions.

 

Give tomorrow's planetary configuration at 7.00 am and based on that if

predictions go wrong, stop boring us.

 

In 24 hrs 24 Ayanamsa can be created as it's a delta value, this will

change the lagna of native if horoscopes are casted, but, are you aware

that lagna denotes physic, even if you change the lagna with change in

your's calculation, one's physic can not be changed.

 

Vrisabha will always be of medium height and Kumbha will always be tall,

this you all can not change, Karka will have different personality then

Dear Utkalji,

I am not sure if the mail was directed at me.If so then my answer is whatever

the astrlogers want to do let them do so.If they prefer the new ayanamsa as (-)6

degrees,let them do so.If they prefer the old ayanamsa around 24 degreees also

let them do so. They should be given freedom as a whole and as individuals.

But the festivals should be shifted in a coordinative way both soalr and the

luanar, as demanded by the Vedic method.This means one full month shift of

festivals both the solar and the lunar months, so that our nirayn calendar

remains nirayan after the shift by the sayan method.

Dear Shri Panigrahi,

 

Basically I agree with yr view as far as the Ayanamsha is concerned, . But the

personality of a person is not governed alone by the Lagna, but together with

planet placed and planet aspecting Lagna plus Navamsha Lagna. " Kumbha lagna is

always tall " is not always true. Dr BV Raman was not tall , but of medium

height.
