What is the symbolic meaning of gur in roti wrapped in paper placed outside someone's house

Dear Sirs,

Today was the 2nd time I found a piece of roti with gur in it wrapped in a piece

of paper and left outside our house.

 

I suspected it to be some tantrik act and wanted your advise on what is the

purpose of doing such a thing.

 

Please advise a solution.
