These times in which these classics were written (containing the Scoundrel and Rascal yogas!), are generally believed to have been gentler, purer, (add your favorite adjective here...!)! It is fashionable these days to always lament over the deteriorating humanity and morale in modern times compared to older times but perhaps things were not all that kosher back then, either...! If the yogas existed, so must be the nativities fulfilling the traits indicated by those negative yogas! Just a thought ...
