Sun with a Planet in a house

Sri Guruji: I am collecting all your mails on many titles in Astrology, which

are educative to make me a fan of your works.  I am not sure in finding the

related results when two Planets or more in a house in a birth chart. 

Particularly I need your interpretations when a Planet is housed with Sun in one

house.  Pranam – Sanjith Siva, Gogri, Bihar.

 

It is a very interesting question, while it needs a lengthy answer.

What is said in ‘PALA DEEPIKA’ and in ‘Varaha Hora’ seems to be same, on

the housing of two Planets in a house in various combinations.  However, there

is some difference in the opinions in ‘Saraavalli’.

 

I am giving some combinations of Planets with Sun, in a house, while the

‘gradation’ of effects largely interpreted taking the house of such

occupation, from Lagna, owner, aspect received and also the degrees between them

in that house.  Of course, we have to account the ‘exalted’ and

‘depilated’ qualifications of both Planets when they are in a house before

estimating the ‘combined effect’.  These results also depend on their

combined ‘direct results’ in respective of Desha, Bukti, Anthara, Sukshama

and Prama Sukshama.

 

The following is common to man and woman:-

 

SUN & MOON:  (mostly born in ‘Amavasya’) One will work in machines; make

Vigrahas (statues) and Stone carvings; Listens to opposite sex; a face with

marks/ disproportionate placement for  look; thinks often to do cunning acts;

will have wealth; trades in and likes liquor and similar intoxicating products;

and puts extreme interest in works allotted to him/her.

SUN & MARS: Indulges in acts against rules of society and commits sins – known

and unknown; Muscular built in body building; executing most difficult tasks

with least efforts; will be brave and strong without any rational thinking;

conveys wrong interpretations while often telling lies; thinking always to

torture others; interested in teasing and causing physical and mental injuries

to others.

SUN & MERCURY: Smart, very sharp intelligence, famous for his works, enjoys

pleasure in service; always works under command of others; poses articles which

could not be stable or permanent; talks under directions of others (like stage

actor); liked by the ruler, master and other eminent persons for his

subordination; will have ability to execute, have presentable personality and

broad educative background.

SUN & JUPITER: Person easily ignited to be angry and rash, and will work for

others; will do lot of public service; contribute to social causes; be an

adviser to the noble person; be contented in results of his/her efforts;

friendly to near and dear and gain in the relationship; a teacher; and be

regarded as a guide to many.

SUN & VENUS: Involved with fame in sports, associates in field with others,

selling arms and ammunitions; be a director of many events with efficiency and

clarity; be strong in constitution; may have deficiency in sight in late years

of life; most recognized in cadre in defense units including police, loved and

patronize by women at all times.

SUN & SATURN: Involved in excavating Copper, Silver, and trading in wood,

carpenter, trading in minerals etc.; be willing to give service and earnings for

social cause; loves to be self-supporting in his trade activities; shares

suffering of near and dear; wishes to serve under rules of faith in which he

belongs; and live with uprightness.

 

Please do not take these as absolute, as various other astrology prescribed

reasons will change the contents as above stated.  Further, in measuring the

effects of two and more Planets in a house for its ‘results’, one has to be

extremely careful with expertise in the matter under Astrology rules.
