women's reservation Bill

After frenzied opposition and repeated disruptions, the

 

Women's Reservation Bill has been finally passed in the

 

Rajya Sabha on Tuesday evening.

 

The Rajya Sabha passed the historic Women's Bill by

 

division with 186 votes in favour, one against and no

 

abstentions.// news....

i would like to discuss the above with reference to indian

 

independence chart.The dasas in operation on the date and

 

time seen above are Sun-mo-sat-sat-ven.At the outset sun

 

represent Govt,Moon represent mind set,sat

 

population/public and ven women!!...Sun is also the 4th lord

 

of parliament,Moon is 3rd lord of effort,sat is yog karaka

 

while ven is lagna and 6th lord of

 

competition/controversy.All these planets are in 3rd house

 

of effort in Rasi chart.We all know with how much effort the

 

bill is passed atlast! and also how long it took?!!...about

 

14yrs!!!!

The Bhava /chalit chart show Sun move away into 4th house

 

of parliament and also his own!!.Hence it is passed in Sun's

 

maha dasa and not earlier though the diferent governments

 

tried their best earlier.

TRANSITS..Sun in 10th house of karma(duty) from lagna as

 

4th lord of parliament and 8th house of surprises from natal

 

moon!!Moon in 8th from lagna and in 6th house of

 

competition/controversy from natal moon.Saturn in 5th

 

house of budhi(knowledge) from lagna and 3rd house of

 

effort from natal Moon.Venus is important here since it

 

represents women aswell as lagna and 6th lord of

 

competition/controversy aswell and it is exalted in 11th

 

house of gains/success from lagna and 9th house of grace

 

and luck aswell as present situation.9th house/Lord

 

represent present while 5th house /Lord represent past.

 

Also note that the dispositor of ven is with sun while venus

 

is in mutual aspect with saturn.

Atlast the women of india got their share of ruling powers

 

though i personelly feel it should be 50/50 but not 33%.....
